Production equipment

We have a complete whole process of production equipment, more than 50 high-precision CNC machine tools and large gantry CNC, kiloton die punching machine, milling machine, slow wire walking, laser cutting machine...

We are equipped with complete testing equipment for the quality inspection department of the mold: blue light scanner, three-dimensional measuring instrument, articulated arm, etc., to effectively ensure the inspection of the mold and parts.

Manufacturing strength

We have a complete and reliable technical support system, comprehensive monitoring of the design and manufacturing process, and realize partial automatic design and automatic drawing technology.
After the design is completed, we will also do the overall and partial mold force analysis to ensure that the mold parts are reasonably stressed.

    Production and commissioning

    Qinfeng Mould has a large gantry CNC machining center and multiple high-precision three-axis and four-axis CNCs, 24-hour continuous processing operations, which can meet the various needs of customers. Multiple large-scale trial die stamping machines, 100% inspection of all parts, more than 30 experienced assembly masters.
